What is a venture studio?
A venture studio is an organisation that is specifically experienced in the art of venture building.
Typically the focus is to de-risk the journey to product market fit.
Venture studios come in many different flavours- some will have an industry niche (e.g. healthtech), a specific expertise (eg. design or tech dev) or focus on a specific customer (eg. corporate venture or day 0 founder). But at their core, they will have an unfair advantage when it comes to building successful startups.
Who are venture studios for?
Broadly speaking, venture studios are for people who have identified an idea, problem or market that is ripe for disruption but do not have the in-house skill set to execute on the vision.
